In Soul Witnessing Practice, I facilitate sessions for clients wanting to resolve difficult or challenging events of their lives. This transformational process empowers you to actively participate in your own healing journey.
Elizabeth Frediani (Founder of Soul Witnessing Practice sm) states, “Unresolved trauma, stress, and loss can manifest as both obvious and subtle expressions over a person’s lifetime. Isolation, avoidance, emotional and physical pain, addiction, illness, fear/anxiety, and self-abandonment are common.”
SWP is an energetic healing practice of working in partnership, a process that requires my facilitation along with your participation in sessions as well as with exercises at home.
Sessions are usually about 60 minutes in length. Additional follow-up sessions are commonly recommended to provide ongoing support necessary for your thorough digestion and resolution.

SPIRITUAL COMPANIONING ~
In Spiritual Companioning sessions, I listen deeply with a nonjudgmental presence while providing gentle inquiry and reflective questions. This creates a welcome and safe space where you are seen and heard within your own unique relationship with the Sacred (or whatever Name that is right for you).
As a compassionate companion and witness walking alongside, I invite you to listen to that deepest place within yourself; to uncover your own insights and realizations. These sessions are a safe container for exploring and discovering the ways in which Divine Presence is expressed in your life.
Spiritual Companioning is not about offering advice, solutions, or trying to fix things. We are not trying to go in a specific direction. SC is not counseling (which tends to focus on healing the past), nor coaching (which tends to focus on achieving future goals).
In Spiritual Companioning, you are accepted for exactly where you are in the present and in your own individual experience of Spirit. As a member of Spiritual Directors International (SDI) since 2015, I follow the SDI Guidelines for Ethical Conduct.
Setting aside regular time and space for ongoing Spiritual Companioning preserves a place of sanctuary amidst full and busy lives. For SC clients wanting to continue nurturing their inner life and deepening their connection with the Sacred, I am available for scheduling monthly one-hour sessions on an ongoing basis.

Cultivating Buoyancy Guidance is an experiential learning process that is grounded in self-awareness practice and self-care education. In CBG, I offer a unique combination of guided exercises and educational information designed specifically for strengthening your inner resources to more skillfully navigate turbulent times.
Your Attention is a powerful and valuable resource. With learning and practice, your attention can become your best ally.
When we give loving attention to what we’re experiencing, to what’s happening internally, something inside us can transform. We find there is a lifting and a shifting that happens. A lightening of the load that we’ve been carrying.
When things inside us shift, different choices become available. We find other options. We see more possibilities for responding to a situation.
Our capacity for Buoyancy at any given time is a combined function of Resiliency and Equanimity.
Imagine…being a log raft floating on the surface of water and unexpected bad news hits – maybe it’s a serious diagnosis, loss of a loved one, or any challenging situation. Loading pressures increase and push down to submerge the raft. What’s needed for recovering and returning back to the water’s surface is a quality of elasticity. This is a function of Resiliency – the rapidity with which you are able to recover from, and/or adapt to, adversity.
Again…Imagine…being a log raft floating on the surface of water when that challenging situation happens. The loading pressures do increase, however, the raft does not take on more water. You are able to be like the ballast of a ship…keeping the raft upright in strong winds, afloat in stormy seas. This inner-steadiness and stability is a function of Equanimity – the capacity to find balance and keep your center in times of turmoil, uncertainty and challenge.
In Cultivating Buoyancy Guidance, I offer a guided path to learn how to attend your own inner experiences with lovingkindness. Through these practices and teachings you will develop an internal steadiness for strengthening your ability and capacity for buoyancy.
