Cultivating Buoyancy is the private practice of Anna Singh Deo, offering support for strengthening your capacity to stay afloat in turbulent times and continuing your good work in the world.
I am Anna Singh Deo, and I assist people with being more buoyant and sustained from the inside out. I started my Cultivating Buoyancy practice, because I saw that good people doing good work were sinking when hoped-for results from their efforts have not materialized. I support and encourage people as they navigate the myriad of challenges and turbulence that life can bring.

About Cultivating Buoyancy
Cultivating Buoyancy begins with an acceptance of the way things are. Courageously seeing things as they are is precursor for positive change. Such clarity provides solid ground, necessary for desired transformation and re-creating things anew.
Often, it’s the most difficult things to accept, the things we most wish were different than they are, that have been most excluded and burdensome. Undigested challenges and life experiences can become like weights bearing down on us.
By engaging with Cultivating Buoyancy Practices, we turn back towards that which we’ve turned away from, learning to meet with kindness previously unwelcomed material of our lives. The losses and sorrows. Our unmet hopes and broken dreams. Invitation to lighten the load that’s been weighing one down.
In essence, Cultivating Buoyancy is a way of re-orienting to one’s life, of welcoming the very experiences of being human, of recovering wholeheartedness, of remembering our wholeness.
