Clients experience an uplift and greater steadiness, similar to boats rafting-up for increased stability in rough water.
Soul Witnessingsm* ~ is a private client practice for resolving trauma, stress and the undigested challenging experiences of life. With further digestion, clients experience improved vitality and well-being. There is an unburdening, a lightening of the load, similar to scuba divers dropping weight for rising back to the surface. * service mark
Cultivating Buoyancy Practices ~ provide a pathway for bringing loving attention to what’s happening inside, beneath the challenging narratives of our lives. These self-care educational practices, designed for strengthening our capacity of body/heart/mind to be with the whole spectrum of life, are taught in small practice groups.
Meditation Guidance ~ is specifically tailored for private clients and small practice groups upon request. Through guidance and instruction with self-awareness practical tools, we increase our ability to be more buoyant in difficult times.
About Cultivating Buoyancy
Cultivating Buoyancy begins with an acceptance of the way things are. Courageously seeing things as they are is precursor for positive change. Such clarity provides solid ground, necessary for desired transformation and re-creating things anew.
Often, it’s the most difficult things to accept, the things we most wish were different than they are, that have been most excluded and burdensome. Undigested challenges and life experiences can become like weights and burdens bearing down on us.
By engaging with Cultivating Buoyancy Practices, we turn back towards that which we’ve turned away from, learning to meet with kindness previously unwelcomed material of our lives. The losses and sorrows. Our unmet hopes and broken dreams. Invitation to lighten the load that’s been weighing one down.
In essence, Cultivating Buoyancy is a way of welcoming the very experiences of being human, of re-orienting to one’s life, of recovering wholeheartedness, of remembering our wholeness.
